The "Adventures of Turley"

Welcome
This is a special place for your tributes and memories for your furry, feathery or finned family members or animals you know who have crossed over the "Rainbow Bridge".

Miss. Annie
Crossed the Rainbow Bridge on September 6, 2009

Miss Annie Twarog, Australian Shepherd, was adopted from the SPCA on June 2, 2004.   My two elderly rescue dogs, Amy and Lacey, died within two months of each other so Annie had big paws to fill and she did so in grand style.

If love, joy, happiness, loyalty, sunshine, beauty and intelligence can ever be bottled, it would have to be called “The Essence of Annie.”   She was and will always be very much loved and missed by me (her pet Mom) and my brother-in-law, her “Uncle Ted” whom Annie had wrapped around her gentle, loving paws.

My deepest sympathy to all those who loved and lost a beloved, furry best friend. As long as we hold them close in heart, they will walk by our side forever and, in good time, celebrate their life  by adopting and loving another rescue pet.

SEAMUS (1/25/06 – 5/26/08)

An amazingly athletic little dog with a strong desire to please, who taught so many
the appreciation and joy that comes from earning a spot in a fearful dog's life
.  He was one of the most perfect pups to live with, an awesome recall with a nice balance of “ready for action” & “super snuggle bug”. Whether soaring for Frisbees or warming our lap, he was a sweet little guy! “That which burns brighter, burns faster”. Though we’ll never know what took him so fast, we know all fear is gone.  Until we bounce again

 MURPHY (~10/31/02 – 12/23/06)

That once in a lifetime dog that teaches you so much about yourself and the world around you. He had the most outgoing personality and was the smartest dog we ever met - gifted with an amazing memory, a strong desire to learn, a gentle nature with children and a rare ability to teach.  He is greatly missed by many & his spirit lives on in much of what we do. Though he never had the opportunity to compete, he proved that there is “No Q, like a RESCUE”. The cancer is now gone. Until we dance again..........
